I hope to contribute to multiple areas on the board, including governance, golf operations, and communication with staff and members. My 43 years in Reno have included roles in education, coaching, and local government, where I oversaw golf courses and managed budgets, emergency management, and legislative affairs. These experiences can benefit the board and SGCC.
The golf industry faces challenges like maintaining financial stability. The strategic plan is essential for long-term success, and I look forward to helping guide its execution.
